  • Fulfillment Window: Orders ship from our facility within 24–48 hours of receipt.
  • Standard Protocol: We do not offer same-day shipping. This ensures every order meets our high-end standards before departure.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited orders are prioritized but may still require the full 24–48 hour window for preparation and carrier pickup.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Base Rate: Shipping fees for all Society merchandise start at $6.95 per order.

3. Operating Schedule

Our fulfillment center operates during normal business hours to maintain consistent service levels:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays.
  • Weather Permitting: Timelines may be adjusted due to extreme weather to protect the integrity of our luxe materials and the safety of our couriers.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Standard Returns (Unworn & Original Condition)

We accept returns for items that are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • Eligibility Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date or 15 days from the date of confirmed receipt, whichever period is longer.
  • Refund Amount: Eligible returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Return Shipping: The Fifty-Six Society will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost to the member.

2. Exceptions (Worn or Damaged Items)

Items that have been worn, laundered, or otherwise damaged through customer use are still eligible for return, subject to the following conditions:

  • Restocking Fee: A $7.00 restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Shipping Costs: For worn or damaged goods, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must arrange their own carriage to our fulfillment center.

3. Process & Inspection

  • Submission: To initiate a return, please log in to your member account and select the relevant order to generate your documentation.
